About Us

Since 1982, we have been designing, building, and servicing injection molds for the automotive, industrial, recreational, and consumer goods industries.

We’re very proud of our company, and our family name goes on the plaques of every single injection mold that leaves our facilities. It is very important that our customers can rely on and trust the top notch quality of every mold we manufacture.

If you drive a car or truck, chances are you have seen our work. Some of our customers include: Ford, BMW, Volkswagen, Fiat, Kawasaki, Bombardier, Yorkville, Nissan, Mercedez-Benz, Honda, Christie, and Audi.

Why Customers Choose Aalbers Tool & Mold

Parts & Components

From our plants in Canada and Mexico, with over 150,000 square feet of combined facilities, we manufacture and stock our own standard components. This makes us more efficient in cost and timing. As a result we can offer more competitive pricing and deliveries.

Quality

The CEO and founder of Aalbers Tool & Mold chose to use his family name for the company, putting it on a plaque that goes on every single injection mold that leaves our facility. This is done so everyone that looks at our mold and reads the name Aalbers Tool & Mold is satisfied that the quality of that mold is the best that it can be.

Innovation

Production and manufacturing has evolved greatly over the 40 years that Aalbers Tool & Mold has been in business, and with each great revolution we have always been at the fore-front. From investing in great CAD software, new machining techniques, investing in 5-axis machines, to experimenting with unique steel types we have proven to our customers a willingness to develop and grow into the next frontier of tooling production.

Quick Lead Times

Building quality precision molds is important but we also understand that customers are relying on us to do the job when we say we are going to do it. That’s why we have invested heavily in data tracking and analysis. We understand our capacity; we understand our capabilities; we understand how long something will take; and we quote all our jobs using this knowledge.

Service

Building the best tool we can for you isn’t enough. We strive to make sure the services we offer are the best they can be, from pre-sales, to project management, to follow up we want our customers to be happy with the tooling we provide.

End To End Solutions

From the receipt of steel to our facilities door to final shipment, our in-house component production and streamlined machining process has proven time and again the ability to resist market instabilities and meet the often aggressive timing requirements from our customers – providing the ultimate in End to End support and solutions.

Want To Join Our Team?

We have one of the lowest Employee turn over rates in the industry. Couple that with an average length of employment of 11.5 years. We are proud to say that Aalbers is a Team.

Our strategy is to promote from within. By ensuring plenty of opportunities to advance, we keep people challenged and dedicated. That’s not just talk either. There are only two people in management today who didn’t start out on the floor.

We are currently looking for experienced CNC Machinists, EDM Operators, Gundrill Operators, Toolmakers and Mold Designers, as well as apprentices for all of these positions.

If you would like to submit a resume, please email it to hr@aalberstool.com.
